Boxee a Media Center

I've been using boxee for a month already and I really loved it, just need a few tweaks more to make it better, but it's amazing for being beta anyway.

Boxee have integration with IMDb, so when you look at your media library Boxee asks to IMDb for related info about the film/tv serie such as plot or rating. When you are searching on your music trough Boxee it also show you album art.
Boxee has many more features that I will not talk about but I highly recommend you to try it, it's free and multiplatform.

New video showing features of Google's web-browser that now is able to run on Mac and Linux. This promo was made on a very charming and artistic way, you should take a look.

I'm using Firefox mostly, today i've downloaded and installed Chrome just to see changes (i've used first releases) and have some good looking surfing on the web.

Unifying Media Platform

What a great idea, an amazing initiative for breaking handcuff with privative soft/hard. Of course, this is business at the moment but someday there's going to be an equal application entirely free. Anyway you can use many features with zero cost.

    Use the Magic Pocket

What a great service! I've been using Dropbox since a few months and I'm still in love with it.
It could sound stupid but i'm using it only on my desktop at the moment (a netbook is on my plans), well... my PC have Windows 7, Ubuntu and Leopard and i didn't find a good way (so far) to exchange files between all of them, so i've installed Dropbox on all my OS and problem solved!

    The Open Music Player

I was willing to love FLAC but iTunes wouldn't let me, so I moved to Songbird.

Even if it's under development it works pretty good and there's already many great add-ons to try. I hope this great work continue and grow a lot!

    Get Songbird!
